En tant qu'Assistant administratif, vous aurez les tâches suivantes :

  • Vous assurez l'accueil téléphonique en français et en néerlandais et traitez les demandes de manière professionnelle et efficace.
  • Vous rédigez et gérez les courriers, e-mails et autres documents administratifs en français et en néerlandais.
  • Vous organisez les agendas, coordonnez les rendez-vous et assurez le suivi des réunions.
  • Vous gérez l'archivage et le suivi des documents administratifs tout en veillant à leur bonne organisation.
  • Vous apportez un soutien administratif aux différents départements et participez à la préparation de présentations et de rapports.

Voici le profil d'Assistant administratif que nous recherchons :

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience probante dans une fonction de secrétariat ou de gestion administrative.
  • Vous communiquez aisément en français et en néerlandais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils de la suite Office et êtes à l'aise avec les tâches administratives variées.
  • Vous êtes organisé, autonome et capable de gérer efficacement vos priorités.
  • Vous êtes dynamique, discret, rigoureux et appréciez le travail en équipe.
