Mission et activités générales de la fonction

J'assure un soutien administratif dans le cadre des dossiers des bénéficiaires du secteur « Paiement et Récupération ». Je traite les propositions (financières, matérielles ou administratives) des dossiers d'aide et de récupération dans le but de matérialiser les décisions sociales prises par les instances tout en veillant à respecter les délais. Je représente le CPAS en donnant une bonne image et en assurant un service de qualité.

  • Analyser, mettre à jour et transmettre les informations/données des dossiers
  • Encoder, mettre à jour et supprimer des données
  • Encoder les paiements des aides financières
  • Préparer les listes de paiements
  • Aider dans la préparation des inspections du SPPis et Actiris
  • Assurer la régularité des remboursements des subventions
  • Communiquer les informations pertinentes auprès des collègues et auprès de ma hiérarchie
  • Créer, modifier un document/rapport/email
  • Assister aux réunions d'équipe
  • Classer et archiver les documents

Profil de la fonction

Diplôme requis : seules les candidatures des titulaires des diplômes suivants seront prises en compte, à savoir : CESS

  • Disposer d'une parfaite maîtrise d'une des deux langues régionales (FR/NL) et d'une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue régionale
