Door nauw samen te werken én met een kritische blik te kijken naar inkoopverzoeken, draag je zorg voor de volledige Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) cyclus. Je komt terecht in een team dat volop in ontwikkeling is en wordt uitgebreid. We streven naar volledige cross-training, zodat we flexibel kunnen opereren en van elkaar blijven leren - ook buiten onze toegewezen categorieën. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: · Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) cyclus: van het verwerken van aanvragen tot het plaatsen van inkooporders en het bewaken van leveringen. · Actief bijdragen aan continue procesverbeteringen en het doen van verbetervoorstellen. · Registratie en beheer van leveranciersgegevens. · Vastleggen en rapporteren van inkoopresultaten. · Ondersteuning bij het beheer van materiaal master data. · Sourcen en selecteren van nieuwe leveranciers. · Beheer van eigen categorieën binnen indirecte inkoop, met ruimte om deze zelfstandig te optimaliseren. · Actieve deelname aan cross-training: zowel het trainen van collega's als het zelf leren van hun expertisegebieden.
