Onze Category Manager zijn steeds op zoek naar producten van de beste prijs-kwaliteit om het leven van beestjes en hun baasjes nog leuker te maken. Als Assistant Category Buyer ben jij de onmisbare schakel die onze Category Manager ondersteunt, zodat deze zich nog beter kan focussen op zijn / haar werk. In de eerste plaats verzorg je verschillende administratieve taken, zoals het verzamelen van gegevens over artikelen en condities in de applicaties. Je bent ook samen met de Category Manager het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en interne stakeholders.

Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma. Administratieve ervaring in een inkoopfunctie of Category Management-functie is een plus. Je valt op door je positieve houding en vastberadenheid. Je werkt proactief, durft een kritische houding aan te nemen en bent efficiënt. Je bent een organisatietalent en blinkt uit in multi tasken. Je werkt vlot in een team maar kunt zeker ook je eigen opdrachten plannen, prioriteiten stellen en afspraken maken. Dat is belangrijk, want veel taken moeten tegen een bepaalde deadline afgehandeld worden. Je communiceert duidelijk, correct en constructief naar alle betrokkenen. Je werkt graag met cijfers, beheerst Excel en zorgt ervoor dat deze steeds correct en nauwkeurig ingegeven worden. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
