The posting

En tant qu’ Assistant Comptable & Administratif, vous travaillez en soutien direct de la fiduciaire externe, qui conserve la supervision et le contrôle de l’ensemble des travaux comptables et fiscaux. Vous préparez, organisez et transmettez les documents nécessaires, tout en assurant la gestion administrative interne.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Collecte, classement et préparation des documents à transmettre à la fiduciaire.
  • Préparation administrative des paiements et suivi des échéances.
  • Collaboration continue avec la fiduciaire : exécution des consignes et priorités.
  • Support administratif pour les achats, contrats et fournisseurs.
  • Coordination interne avec RH, Achats et Support pour une bonne circulation de l’information.
  • Point de contact interne pour les prestataires externes.
  • Contribution à l’amélioration des processus administratifs.

Sous supervision de la fiduciaire :

  • Encodage et contrôle des pièces comptables (achats, ventes, notes de frais, banque, caisse).
  • Suivi administratif des comptes clients et fournisseurs.
  • Participation à la préparation des rapprochements bancaires mensuels.
  • Transmission mensuelle des données financières à la Direction.
  • Support aux clôtures comptables et aux rapports annuels.
  • Assistance administrative aux formalités fiscales périodiques.
  • Mise à jour des dossiers comptables et administratifs.
  • Gestion de l’inventaire des actifs.
  • Support logistique à l’audit annuel.
  • CESS ou formation en comptabilité, finance ou équivalent.
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire en Belgique.
  • Bonnes connaissances pratiques en comptabilité belge.
  • Aisance avec les outils bureautiques ; logiciel comptable = atout.
  • Rigueur, organisation, respect des délais et confidentialité.
  • Capacité à travailler en soutien d’une fiduciaire externe.
  • Bon esprit d’équipe et communication fluide.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français.
