En tant qu’Assistant Comptable, vous apportez un soutien essentiel au département comptable d’une structure en pleine croissance. Vous assurez le traitement quotidien des opérations comptables, la gestion administrative et la mise à jour des bases de données financières.

Vos responsabilités en tant qu’Assistant Comptable :

  • Vous encodez et traitez les factures fournisseurs et clients.
  • Vous gérez les transactions quotidiennes, notamment les paiements, les notes de frais et les opérations diverses.
  • Vous assurez la mise à jour et la tenue de la base de données comptable.
  • Vous encodez les données et préparez les rapports nécessaires.
  • Vous participez à la préparation des rapports mensuels et trimestriels.
  • Vous apportez un soutien administratif général.
  • Vous assurez le classement et le suivi des documents.
  • Vous contribuez à la coordination administrative interne.
  • Vous participez aux tâches comptables courantes liées aux fournisseurs.
  • Vous assurez le suivi des comptes fournisseurs.
  • Vous participez au suivi des comptes clients.
  • Vous apportez un soutien administratif dans le cadre du payroll.
  • Vous contribuez à l’amélioration des processus internes.
  • Vous veillez à la fiabilité et à l’exactitude des données financières.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en comptabilité ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Vous disposez d’une à trois années d’expérience en comptabilité ou en administration financière.
  • Vous maîtrisez l’encodage et le suivi des opérations comptables.
  • Vous avez le sens du détail et travaillez avec rigueur.
  • Vous êtes organisé et assurez un suivi précis de vos tâches.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome.
  • Vous collaborez efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants, notamment Microsoft Office.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les logiciels comptables.
  • Vous souhaitez développer vos connaissances et assumer progressivement davantage de responsabilités comptables.
