Wil jij je verder ontwikkelen binnen controlling en tegelijk dicht bij de business staan? Als Assistant Controller vorm je de schakel tussen operations, administratie en controlling. Je werkt met financiële, commerciële en operationele data en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste inzichten beschikbaar zijn om dagelijkse én strategische beslissingen te ondersteunen.

Je krijgt een brede kijk op de volledige bedrijfsvoering en komt in contact met verschillende domeinen, van operations en costing tot supply chain en commercial. Een ideale omgeving voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, analytisch denkt en zich verder wil verdiepen in controlling.

Jobomschrijving

  • Verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van financiële, commerciële en operationele gegevens.
  • Voorbereiden en analyseren van rapporteringen en KPI-overzichten.
  • Uitvoeren van analyses rond productiviteit, budgetten, kosten en operationele prestaties.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en trends en voorbereiden van de toelichting bij de cijfers.
  • Ondersteunen van de Controllers bij dagelijkse controllingactiviteiten en specifieke dossiers.
  • Opvolgen van onder andere externe verwerkers, gratis leveringen en uitzonderlijke orders.
  • Ondersteunen van de goedkeuringsflow van investeringen en bewaken van de volledigheid van het kostprijsmodel.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en volledigheid van data en meewerken aan procesverbeteringen binnen controlling.

Must haves

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Finance, Economie, Accountancy of een aanverwante richting.
  • Sterk cijfermatig en analytisch inzicht.
  • Goede kennis van Excel en MS Office.
  • Affiniteit met financiële analyse, rapportering en controlling.
  • Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijk vlot samenwerken met collega's.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.

Nice to haves

  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen finance, administratie, controlling of analyse.
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of operationele omgeving.
  • Kennis van Power BI
  • Interesse in verdere procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering.
