Voor een gevestigd en groeiend bedrijf in de voedingssector in de regio Harelbeke, met een team van bijna 500 medewerkers en een jaaromzet van meer dan 100 miljoen euro, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Assistant Controller. Als veelzijdig productiebedrijf met een sterke internationale uitstraling biedt onze klant een stabiele, dynamische werkomgeving waar jij mee het verschil maakt.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je verzamelt, controleert en verwerkt financiële, commerciële en operationele gegevens, en bereidt de rapportering in KPI-overzichten voor;
  • Je ondersteunt de Controllers bij de dagelijkse controllingactiviteiten en volgt specifieke dossiers op (zoals externe verwerkers en uitzonderlijke orders);
  • Je bereidt analyses voor rond productiviteit, budgetten, kosten en operationele prestaties, en signaleert afwijkingen en trends;
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, correctheid en volledigheid van gegevens, en zorgt voor een correcte documentatie en archivering;
  • Je werkt actief mee aan procesverbeteringen en verzekert de continuïteit binnen de afdeling tijdens afwezigheden van collega's.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met bij voorkeur enkele jaren relevante financiële of administratieve ervaring;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (vooral Excel); affiniteit met Power BI is een pluspunt;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans;
  • Je beschikt over een sterk cijfermatig en analytisch inzicht, en bent nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust;
  • Je bent zelfstandig én teamgericht, flexibel, proactief en streeft continu naar verbetering.
