Als Assistant Crewing Officer speel je een belangrijke rol in het zorgen dat onze schepen op het juiste moment over de juiste bemanning beschikken. Je ondersteunt de Crewing Officers bij de crewplanning en coördineert de praktische zaken rondom bemanningswisselingen, reizen en verblijf. Ben jij georganiseerd, servicegericht en weet je het overzicht te bewaren wanneer planningen veranderen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Als Crewing Support Officer zorg je ervoor dat onze schepen op het juiste moment over de juiste bemanning beschikken. Je ondersteunt de Crewing Officers bij de dagelijkse crewplanning en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze bemanning, de Scheepsleiding en andere stakeholders binnen Fleet Management. Je houdt de crewplanning nauwlettend in de gaten, en zorgt dat bemanningswisselingen goed worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Daarnaast regel je de praktische en administratieve zaken rondom de inzet van onze crew, zoals reizen, transfers, verblijf en documentatie. Je werkt veel met verschillende systemen en zorgt ervoor dat gegevens en administratie correct en actueel zijn. Door jouw servicegerichte aanpak weet de bemanning wat er van hen wordt verwacht en kunnen zij goed voorbereid aan boord gaan. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je hebt te maken met veranderende planningen, onverwachte situaties en verschillende belangen. Daarom weet je goed prioriteiten te stellen, houd je het overzicht en schakel je snel wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Binnen het Ship Management Department is het Crewing Team verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsbezetting van onze schepen. Van Oord voert projecten uit in binnen- en buitenland, waardoor onze schepen en bemanning wereldwijd actief zijn. Onze vloot bestaat onder andere uit sleephopperzuigers, cutterzuigers, offshore instal...
