Jobomschrijving

Wil je aan de slag bij een gerenommeerd Belgisch farmaceutisch bedrijf en actief bijdragen aan de ondersteuning van de verkoop- en marketingteams?

We zijn op zoek naar een veelzijdige Sales & Marketing Assistant voor een analytische en operationele functie binnen een dynamische en collaboratieve werkomgeving.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Verkoopondersteuning (70%)

Opvolging en analyse van verkoopprestaties (omzet, volumes, markttrends)

Opstellen en bijhouden van geavanceerde rapportages in Excel (VLOOKUP, MATCH, draaitabellen, geavanceerde formules)

Ontwikkeling en verbetering van analysetools en dashboards voor de verkoopteams

Analyse van klant- en productgegevens om groeikansen te identificeren

Beheer en bijwerking van commerciële databases

Voorbereiding van presentaties en analyses voor commerciële vergaderingen

Marketingondersteuning (30%)

Ondersteuning bij de coördinatie en opvolging van marketingprojecten

Analyse van de prestaties van marketingcampagnes

Voorbereiding van marketingmateriaal en presentaties

Samenwerking met interne teams om de samenhang tussen commerciële en marketinginitiatieven te waarborgen

Deelname aan de voorbereiding van cyclusvergaderingen (opstellen van notulen) en aan de verdeling van monsters bestemd voor artsen

Opvolging van marketingovereenkomsten met de groeperingen om de tijdige levering van het materiaal te garanderen

Ondersteuning bij de organisatie van congressen en evenementen voor vertegenwoordigers

Bijdragen aan het bijwerken en actualiseren van de inhoud van de bedrijfswebsite

Opleiding in bedrijfskunde, marketing, economie, data-analyse of gelijkwaardig Eerste werkervaring in sales support, marketing support of commerciële analyse is een pluspunt Uitstekende beheersing van Excel (VLOOKUP, MATCH, dynamische kruistabellen, geavanceerde formules) Ervaring met Power BI of een tool voor datavisualisatie is een pluspunt Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail Georganiseerd, nauwgezet en zelfstandig in het werk Flexibel, proactief en in staat om zich aan te passen aan een dynamische omgeving Teamgeest en bereidheid om bij te dragen aan een samenwerkingsgerichte omgeving Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans, het Nederlands en het Engels
