En tant qu'Assistant·e technique (et administration liée) chez Vista Security, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement des systèmes de sécurité et au support aux utilisateur·rice·s au quotidien. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein. Vous gérerez la gestion des feuilles de route de nos techniciens, une partie du planning, la prise des rendez vous pour les dépannages, les petits devis,...

Vous assurez la prise en charge des demandes techniques, la gestion des tickets, le suivi des incidents et la coordination avec les équipes internes pour garantir une résolution rapide. Vous participez à la configuration et la vérification de matériel et logiciels de sécurité, ainsi qu'à la mise à jour de la documentation technique et des procédures.

=> Un profil administratif, structuré, efficace et organisé avec un bon esprit d'équipe

  • Certaines compétences en analyse et résolution de problèmes : capacités d'analyse et de diagnostic, esprit critique, Troubleshooting.
  • Compétences en support technique : expérience en Technical Support, maîtrise de la gestion des incidents et des demandes, sens de la rigueur opérationnelle.
  • Compétences en communication : aisance orale et écrite, capacité à vulgariser des informations techniques, Communication claire avec les équipes et les client·e·s.
  • Compétences en service client : orientation Customer Service, écoute active, gestion adaptée des situations sensibles ou urgentes.
  • Autres qualifications appréciées : connaissance de base des systèmes de sécurité (vidéosurveillance, contrôle d'accès, alarmes), maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques, capacité à travailler en équipe, sens de l'organisation et fiabilité.
