En tant que bras droit du Store Manager, vous formez un duo complémentaire et êtes l'ambassadeur des valeurs de notre marque, aussi bien en magasin qu'en back-office. Vous développez l'expérience client et la performance commerciale du point de vente grâce au suivi des principaux indicateurs et à l'accompagnement de la croissance de l'équipe.

🎯Vos principales responsabilités (orientation « commerce & opérations »)

  • Stimuler l'activité commerciale au quotidien : animer les briefings et débriefings, assurer du coaching sur le terrain, mettre en avant les lancements de produits, élaborer des plans d'action visant à augmenter le taux de conversion et les ventes additionnelles.
  • Suivre les KPI et prendre rapidement les bonnes décisions : chiffre d'affaires, panier moyen, UPT (nombre d'articles par ticket), taux de conversion, productivité horaire.
  • Garantir une expérience client irréprochable : conseils personnalisés, démonstrations produits, application du parcours client, présentation soignée de l'équipe conformément aux standards de la marque.
  • Encadrer l'équipe au quotidien : montrer l'exemple en matière de vente, fournir un feedback régulier, former aux techniques de vente, développer les talents dans un esprit de collaboration et de performance.
  • Assurer l'excellence opérationnelle :
  • Caisse et gestion des espèces : paiements corrects, remises, contrôles et reporting.
  • Stocks : réceptions des marchandises, inventaires, fiabilité des stocks et prévention des écarts.
  • Merchandising et standards visuels : respect des planogrammes, propreté du magasin, merchandising visuel et application des directives.
  • Planification et RH : organisation des horaires de travail, communication des consignes, relais entre le magasin et l'Area Manager.
  • Une expérience récente et réussie de minimum 1 an dans la fonction est obligatoire
  • Véritable animateur commercial et leader d'équipe, vous aimez être présent sur le terrain et savez motiver, fédérer et faire progresser votre équipe grâce à une culture du feedback.
  • Orienté résultats, vous maîtrisez les KPI du retail et savez transformer les données en actions concrètes.
  • Vous accordez une grande importance à l'expérience client et faites preuve d'exemplarité ainsi que de rigueur opérationnelle (procédures caisse et stock, sécurité, reporting).
  • Vous parlez français et idéalement soit l'anglais, soit le néerlandais
