The posting

Objectif de la fonction

Le travailleur social fera partie de l'équipe sociale du BAPA. Il rapporte à la coordinatrice de cette équipe basée sur le site de Forest du BAPA Convivial. Ce service social est en charge du premier accueil et de l'accompagnement des primo-arrivants dans les premières démarches vers un projet de vie en Belgique. Le travailleur social sera ensuite le référent du primo-arrivant pour le suivi du parcours et tout au long de l'accompagnement social. Le service social travaille en étroite collaboration avec les formateurs en citoyenneté du BAPA ainsi qu'avec l'équipe de guidance socio-professionnelle de Convivial.

Tâches principales (liste non exhaustive) :

  • Accueillir les primo-arrivants et leur expliquer le parcours d'accueil du BAPA
  • Etablir un bilan des besoins de ces personnes en terme sociaux mais aussi linguistiques (une formation aux bilans linguistiques est prévue)
  • Apporter des réponses concrètes et adaptées au profil et au projet de vie des personnes ainsi qu'aux différents besoins soulevés par les bilans linguistiques et sociaux
  • Accompagner l'autonomie des personnes en construisant un réseau de relais à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de Convivial
  • Garantir le bon déroulement du parcours d'accueil (inscription aux cours de langues adaptés et aux cours de citoyenneté, suivi de l'assiduité, suivi administratif des différentes étapes du parcours, etc...)
  • Assurer des permanences sociales 1 soirée/ semaine (jusque 20h), environ 3 à 4 fois/ an
  • Participation à la vie d'équipe du BAPA et de Convivial dans son ensemble
  • Diplôme d'Assistant Social ou de Bachelier à orientation sociale (juridique, psychologique ou pédagogique) ou autre diplôme Bachelier avec une expérience probante d'au moins 1 an dans le travail social
  • Très bonne maitrise du français et de l'arabe ou du portugais. Une 3ème langue (anglais, farsi, néerlandais) est un plus
  • Un atout : Expérience dans l'accompagnement psycho-social des personnes en exil et/ou vulnérables
  • Un atout : Intérêt démontré pour le droit des étrangers, de même que pour un des domaines suivants : santé mentale et assuétudes, droit de la famille et médiation scolaire, médiation des dettes, droit social, positionnement Alpha/FLE, accès à la nationalité
  • Un atout : maitrise des bilans linguistiques et connaissance des opérateurs linguistiques à Bruxelles
  • Grande capacité d'écoute et de communication assertive
  • Résistance au stress et aux situations difficiles
  • Capacité à organiser son travail de manière autonome
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques en général et plus spécifiquement Microsoft Office et Outlook
  • Aisance dans le suivi administratif
  • CDI à mi-temps rémunéré au niveau bachelier, avec possibilité d'évolution du temps de travail à court terme en fonction des financements disponibles
  • Démarrage souhaité : Janvier 2027
  • La possibilité de participer à un projet passionnant en réponse à des besoins sociétaux
  • La motivation d'intégrer une association alliant l'accueil, le respect et la collaboration
  • L'opportunité d'évoluer dans une ambiance conviviale
  • Composantes extra-légales propres à Convivial : fermeture entre Noël et nouvel an, horaire d'été (32h/semaine en juillet et août), 1 jour de congé par 5 ans d'ancienneté, 10 jours de formations fonctionnelles par an, possibilité de développement personnel payé par l'employeur sous conditions, chèques repas, abonnement STIB, possibilité de télétravail après 6 mois d'ancienneté dans la fonction.
