Wil je meewerken aan een uitzonderlijke gastenbeleving binnen een luxueus hotel in het hartje van Brugge?

Voor een prachtig hotel in het hartje van Brugge zoeken we een Assistant F&B Manager ter versterking van het succesvolle Food & Beverage team.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Mee instaan voor de dagelijkse organisatie en aansturing van alle F&B-outlets
  • Nauw samenwerken met het managementteam en andere afdelingshoofden
  • Gasten verwelkomen en waken over een verfijnde servicebeleving
  • Team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers coachen, motiveren en begeleiden
  • Actief meewerken op de vloer
  • Serviceprocessen analyseren en optimaliseren
  • Voorraad beheren, tekorten signaleren en bestellingen plaatsen
  • Klanttevredenheid en financiële resultaten opvolgen
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige leidinggevende F&B-functie binnen hotel
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Flexibel inzetbaar (variabel uurrooster, weekendwerk)
