Als Assistant Financial Controller in Amsterdam boek je niet alleen in, je ziet ook waar het proces slimmer kan. Wat je gaat doen als Assistant Financial Controller Als Senior Medewerker Crediteurenadministratie houd jij de financiële administratie van Budget Thuis op orde: van onze eigen facturen tot de BTW-aangifte en de administratie van onze deelnemingen (de andere bedrijven binnen het Budget Thuis-concern). Je werkt hard aan: - De volledige administratie van onze deelnemingen; - Facturen van onze leveranciers inboeken, goedkeuren en klaarzetten voor betaling; - De BTW-aangifte voorbereiden en zorgen dat de onderliggende administratie klopt; - Afwijkingen in de administratie signaleren en oplossen; - Verbeteringen in werkprocessen aandragen en samen met het team uitwerken; - Meehelpen met de inrichting van ons nieuwe financiële systeem. Over het team J e komt terecht in een team van 5 collega's binnen Finance, waar je nauw samenwerkt met met verschillende managers en budgethouders binnen Budget Thuis, dus geen dag is hetzelfde. Het team werkt aan de overgang naar een nieuw financieel systeem. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en voor persoonlijk contact met collega's. Vereisten Wat je meebrengt - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in bedrijfseconomie, accountancy of finance & control; - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring; - Ervaring met het volledige purchase-to-pay-proces, van factuurontvangst tot betaling; - Een scherp oog voor cijfers en de wil om processen slimmer te maken; - Zin om verantwoordelijkheid te pakken: je signaleert problemen en lost ze zelf op.
