Exemplaire dans la technique de vente et d'encaissement

Accompagner les équipes sur la disponibilité et le traitement des produits sur le terrain

Participer au réassort et au visuel dans le magasin

Gestion des opérations commerciales et la mise en place

Rangement et maintien de l'ordre dans le département

Accompagner les équipes pour assurer un service client optimale ( vente-caisse )

Participer à la réalisation du budget et des plans d'actions

Suivre le personnel sur l'application des règles en matière de respect de la loi , du règlement interne

Veiller au respect et l'application de l'ordre et la sécurité du personnel et des clients .

Aimable et souriant, connaître les techniques de vente et d'encaissement et les procédures

Avoir de l'initiative et une attitude commerciale positive

Travailler en équipe et la guider

Travailler avec rigueur et méthode

Transmettre des instructions et veiller à leur bonne application

Avoir le sens des priorités et prendre des initiatives

Orienté résultats

Maîtriser les outils de gestion nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du département

Bilingue Français / Néerlandais + anglais commerciale B2

Expérience dans la vente comme assistant exigée de minimum 1 an dans cette fonction
