Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs des täglichen Betriebs, die Schulung und Motivation des Teams, die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensstandards sowie die Lösung von Gästeanliegen.

Das angegebene Bruttogehalt 2.237,- EUR (40 Std./Woche) entspricht dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt. * Herzlicher Empfang unserer Gäste sowie effiziente Abwicklung von Check-In und Check-Out

* Kompetente und freundliche Gästebetreuung

* Sorgfältige Vorbereitung der Anreisen und Kontrolle der Abreisen

* Gewissenhafte Kassenführung und präzise Rechnungslegung

* Bearbeitung von Zimmeranfragen, Stornierungen und No-Shows

* Aktiver Zusatzverkauf (Zimmer-Upselling und Cross-Selling)

* Professionelles Reklamationsmanagement

* Administrative Aufgaben

IHR POFIL

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie sowie erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position; Quereinsteiger sind bei uns ebenfalls herzlich willkommen

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Flexibilität und Professionalität im Umgang mit Stresssituationen

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und gute Umgangsformen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, idealerweise auch MEWS)
