Wat je kan verwachtenHet Front Office team is verantwoordelijk voor het verwelkomen van onze gasten, in- en uitcheck procedures en het verstrekken van informatie en service. Het Front Office-team is ook verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van gasten naar hun kamers en het afhandelen van gastbetalingen. De Assistent Front Office Manager zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking en coördinatie van de verschillende afdelingen binnen de Front Desk. Zorgen voor optimale winstgevendheid en gasttevredenheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van het team bij het volgen van de normen van zowel Hotel Okura Amsterdam als de Leading Hotels of the World. Je hoofdtaken zullen zijn: • Begeleiden, coachen en motiveren van het Front Office team; • Nauwe samenwerking met Front Office Manager en Reserveringsmanager om te zorgen voor de juiste markt mix en verkoop van kamercategorieën om maximale kameropbrengsten te behalen; • Verzoeken en problemen voor gasten afhandelen; • Het op een vriendelijke en hoffelijke manier verwelkomen van gasten en zoveel mogelijk gastherkenning tonen; • Het in- en uitchecken van gasten op een efficiënte en professionele manier, volgens de hotelprocedures en normen van de Leading Hotels of the World.Wees gerust, je werkt niet alleen!
