* Rezeption, Lobby und Back Office * Unterstützung der Front Office Leitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft * Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Front Office Teams * Mitgestaltung und Optimierung interner Abläufe und Qualitätsstandards * Ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld, in dem deine Ideen geschätzt und umgesetzt werden * Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du für unvergessliche Gästeerlebnisse

* DU unterstützt die Front Office Leitung in allen operativen und administrativen Bereichen. * DU übernimmst Verantwortung während deiner Schichten und fungierst als Ansprechpartner für Gäste und Mitarbeitende. * DU stellst einen reibungslosen Check-in und Check-out sowie einen professionellen Gästeservice sicher. * DU bearbeitest Reservierungen, Anfragen, Reklamationen und Sonderwünsche mit hoher Serviceorientierung. * DU koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen und sorgst für einen optimalen Informationsfluss. * DU unterstützt bei der Dienstplanerstellung sowie der Einschulung neuer Mitarbeitender. * DU führst dein Team mit Motivation, Wertschätzung und Vorbildfunktion. * DU erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und bringst aktiv neue Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Front Offices ein. * DU stellst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sowie der internen Prozesse sicher. * DU unterstützt bei Monatsabschlüssen, Kassenführung und administrativen Aufgaben.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im Tourismus * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung am Front Office, idealerweise bereits mit erster Führungserfahrung * Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und hohe Serviceorientierung * Der Position entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil * Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware (z. B. Protel, Opera oder vergleichbaren PMS-Systemen) * Organisationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung * Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Entscheidungsfreude auch in herausfordernden Situationen * Sicheres Auftreten, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und positive Ausstrahlung
