Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben sind: * Unterstützung bei der Führung des Front Office- und Guest Service Assistant Teams * On the job Weiterentwicklung und Ausbildung aller Front Office Mitarbeiter*innen und Lehrlingen * Mitverantwortung für die gesamte Guest Experience in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer_m Guest Experience Manager_in * Urlaubsvertretung des/der Front Office Manager_in * Mitgestalt und der Dienstpläne * Aktive Gästebetreuung, besondere Erlebnisse und Zufriedenheit kreieren * Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Gästeanfragen, mit der damit verbundenen Gästekorrespondenz * Verantwortungsvolles & eigenständiges Führen einer Schicht * Umsetzung und Kontrolle der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards * Verantwortung für ein professionelles Beschwerdehandling * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Abteilungs-Team * Gewährleistung der bereichsübergreifenden Kooperation und Kommunikation * Ansprechpartner für Wohnungseigentümer

Das bringst Du mit: * Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung * Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Rezeptionsbereich in der gehobenen Hotellerie * Du kommunizierst stilsicher mündlich und schriftlich in Deutsch und Englisch * Wenn du weitere Sprachen sprichst ist das von Vorteil * Du besitzt gute MS Office Kenntnisse * Du kennst Dich auch in Wien sehr gut aus * Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung, vor allem mit "positiv Leadership" * Wenn du Erfahrung in Protel hast wäre das von Vorteil
