Voor onze klant in Mollem zijn we op zoek naar een Assistant Inbound.

Als Assistant Inbound ben je een belangrijke schakel op de logistieke werkvloer. Je werkt nauw samen met je team en zorgt ervoor dat de inkomende goederen en vrachtwagens efficiënt, correct en tijdig worden verwerkt.

Jouw taken

  • Ontvangen en opvolgen van inkomende vrachtwagens en goederen.
  • De planning controleren en het werk verdelen over de medewerkers.
  • Operators op de werkvloer ondersteunen en hun vragen beantwoorden.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid.
  • Administratieve taken uitvoeren, zoals e-mails beantwoorden en documenten opvolgen.
  • Contact onderhouden met de leidinggevende en andere afdelingen.
  • Problemen of afwijkingen signaleren en mee naar oplossingen zoeken.
  • Een korte dagelijkse briefing met het team organiseren.
  • Zorgen dat de nodige werkmiddelen, zoals scanners en batterijen, beschikbaar zijn.
  • Meewerken aan een vlotte en efficiënte werking van de afdeling.
  • Jouw profiel Je hebt een goed organisatievermogen en werkt nauwkeurig. Je bent verantwoordelijk, stressbestendig en flexibel. Je communiceert vlot met collega's en leidinggevenden. Je kunt een team begeleiden, motiveren en ondersteunen. Je bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt graag op de werkvloer. Je kunt goed overweg met een computer en bent in staat om professionele e-mails te schrijven. Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt bij voorkeur een goede kennis van het Frans. Een basiskennis van beide talen is noodzakelijk. Je bent positief ingesteld en kunt goed omgaan met veranderingen en eventuele conflicten.
