Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een geboren leider met een passie voor aankoop en procesoptimalisatie? Als Assistant Manger Aankoop neem je het mee het voortouw op de aankoopafdeling en vorm je een belangrijke rol tussen leverancier, interne teams en het management. Samen met je team ga je elke dag voor het beste resultaat. Jouw dagelijkse taken zijn:

  • leidinggeven en coördineren van het aankoop-team als een echte people-manager.
  • Onderhandelen, opstellen, afsluiten en opvolgen van contracten rond Soft Facilities zoals mobiele telefonie, nutsvoorzieningen, bureaumateriaal, ...
  • Uitwerken, analyseren en optimaliseren van rapportages en dashboards via Excel en Power Bi.
  • Continue evaluatie en verbeteringen aan bestaande rapporten en processen.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van facturatieflow en administratieve goedkeuringen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en efficiënte opvolging van het wagenparkbeheer.

Jij ben communicatief ijzersterk, brengt structuur aan en behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht binnen complexe dossiers. Met jouw natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl en proactieve mentaliteit schrik je niet af om als motivator van het team aan aan de slag te gaan. Verder breng je mee:

  • Relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, administratie en teamcoördinatie.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel en goede kennis van Power Bi.
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en een oplossingsgerichte en proactieve werkhouding.
  • Natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
