Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer ESG-Anforderungen. Du begleitest Wesentlichkeitsanalysen sowie die Einführung von ESG-Daten- und Reportingprozessen

* Du wirkst bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitsberichten und ESG-Kennzahlen

mit und trägst dazu bei, deren Qualität, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Verlässlichkeit sicherzustellen

* Zu Deinen Schwerpunkten zählen insbesondere die Anforderungen der Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), die European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) sowie die Treibhausgasbilanzierung

* Du berätst und prüfst international ausgerichtete Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Branchen und Größen zu spannenden Themen wie Treibhausgasemmisionen oder Energie-Managementkonzepte

* Du trägst dazu bei, nachhaltiges Handeln messbar und nachvollziehbar zu machen. So prägst Du

ein zentrales Zukunftsthema in der Beratung und Wirtschaftsprüfung mit

Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet

* Mehrjährige facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Prüfung und/oder Beratung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung und Treibhausgasbilanzierung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Treibhausgasbilanzierung hinsichtlich des GHG Protocols (Corporate Standard, Scope 2 Guidance, Scope 3 Guidance) und / oder PCAF Standards sind vom Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in der Treibhausgasbilanzierung hinsichtlich Product Carbon Footprints, Land Sector and Removals Guidance sowie ISO 14064-1, ISO 14069, ISO 14067 sind von Vorteil

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohe Team-, Kommunikations- sowie Organisationsfähigkeiten

* Bereitschaft digitale und AI-bezogene Kompetenzen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln

So bleibt dir nach anspruchsvollen Projekten auch mal Zeit für etwas Pause oder ein finanzieller Bonus aus erarbeiteten Überstunden.
