Aufgaben

* Du leitest Beratungs- und Prüfungsprojekte mit Fokus auf Aktuariat, Risikomanagement und Regulierung

(UGB, Solvency II, IFRS 17)

* Du verbindest aktuarielles Know-how mit operativen Fragestellungen in Underwriting, Claims und

Portfolio-Steuerung

* Du entwickelst konkrete Steuerungs- und Optimierungsansätze für Versicherungsportfolios

* Du interessierst Dich an den neuen Themen wie Künstliche Intelligenz und ESG

* Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen und Entscheidungsträgern unserer Kund_innen zusammen

* Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Teammitglieder und treibst deren Entwicklung aktiv voran

* Du wirkst am Aufbau neuer Themen und Angebote im Bereich Actuarial & Insurance Transformation mit

* Einsatz moderner (AI-gestützter) Tools zur Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen

Kompetenzen

* mehrjährige Erfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld, Beratung oder Industrie

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik, Physik oder Informatik

* Fortgeschrittene oder abgeschlossene Aktuarsausbildung (AVÖ oder vergleichbar)

* Fundierte Erfahrung in mindestens einem Bereich: Reservierung, Pricing, Claims, Underwriting oder Finance

* Interesse an der Verbindung von Modellen und realen Geschäftsprozessen

* Erfahrung in Projektverantwortung und Stakeholder-Management

* verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Grundlegendes Verständnis für Artificial Intelligence (AI) und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten im beruflichen Kontext
