Aufgaben

- Leistung und Begleitung von Beratungsprojekten von der Vorbereitung bis zur Umsetzung, insbesondere aber nicht ausschließlich in den Bereichen Transaction Services und Restrukturierung - Transaction Services: Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen, Planungsrechnungen und Working-Capital-/Net-Debt-Positionen, Erstellung von Due-Diligence-Reports - Restrukturierung: Erstellung integrierter Finanzmodelle (GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow), Liquiditätsplanung, Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen, Bewertung von Maßnahmenpaketen - M&A/Corporate-Finance-Projekte (Buy-/Sell-Side): Erarbeitung transaktionsrelevanter Unterlagen, indikative Bewertungsüberlegungen und finanzielle Analysen - Aktive Mitwirkung bei Business Development: Erstellung von Pitch-Unterlagen, Marktrecherchen und Reports - Mitarbeit an nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekten mit (Teil-)Projektverantwortung - Du arbeitest ab dem ersten Tag mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen an verschiedensten Projekten und bist in Kontakt mit unseren Kunden - Eigenständige Verantwortung für definierte Bereiche und fachliche Anleitung jüngerer Kolleg:innen - Du übernimmst rasch die Funktion als Ansprechpartner:in für einzelne Arbeitspakte und Teilprojekte

Kompetenzen

- 4-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung (vergleichbare Tätigkeit in der Beratung z.B. Bewertung, Transaction Services, Restrukturierung oder im Corporate Development / Beteiligungscontrolling, in der M&A Beratung sowie einer Investmentbank oder Wirtschaftsprüfung) - Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder Wirtschaftsrechtsstudium; idealerweise mit Spezialisierung in den Bereichen Accounting/Finance/Controlling, Corporate Finance, M&A oder Ähnliches - selbstständige Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld - Kommunikationssichere Deutsch-, Englisch- und sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Power Point) - Erste Führungserfahrung bzw. die Bereitschaft, jüngere Kolleg:innen fachlich anzuleiten

Die Bezahlung wird auf Basis deines genauen Profils vereinbart und beträgt für das Level Assistant Manager:in mindestens EUR 51.100,-- brutto/Jahr (kein All-In). Ab Level Manager:in startet das Gehalt bei EUR 61.600,-- brutto/Jahr (All-In), wobei bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht. Außerdem kannst du ab dem Karrierelevel Manager:in mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie und vielen weiteren Benefits rechnen.
