Unique Menen is op zoek naar een assistant park manager voor de de regio Wevelgem.

Wat zal je moeten doen?

  • Je werkt actief mee tijdens de service in keuken en zaal, alsook aan het onthaal
  • Je staat samen met het team garant voor een 'service beyond expectations', zodat de gasten morgen en overmorgen terugkomen
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse administratie, het kassabeheer en de bestellingen
  • Je staat in voor de wekelijkse inventarisatie & stockbeheer
  • Je staat in voor het opstellen en het opvolgen van personeelsadministratie
  • Je geeft leiding aan het team en coacht nieuwe medewerkers
  • Je waakt permanent over de toepassing van de kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je bedenkt en organiseert activiteiten die Jumpsquare nog sterker op de kaart zetten

  • Je hebt je sporen al verdiend als leidinggevende in een klantgerichte functie in de leisure, horeca of retail sector

  • Je weet met jouw enthousiasme iedereen te motiveren Je genoot minimum een Bachelor opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
