Au sein d'une unité de vie composée d'adolescents de 12 à 16 ans, SITUÉE EN ANDALOUSIE, vous assurerez l'animation de la vie collective et l'accompagnement d'adolescents dans leur quotidien en suivant un planning. Vous proposerez et animerez également des activités ordinaires (faire à manger, aide aux devoirs, faire du sport, une activité manuelle, etc.). Vous fixerez le cadre ET SAUREZ FAIRE AUTORITÉ Vous veillerez à la sécurité des biens et des personnes, travaillerez en équipe et participerez à la cohérence et continuité éducative. Vous aimez les animaux et savez en prendre soin dans un environnement éducatif et thérapeutique

Compétences attendues : - Adaptation, réactivité et dynamisme - Sens de la communication - Savoir aider, orienter l'adolescent tout en faisant autorité - Travailler en équipe

Vous devez être disponible pour exercer en INTERNAT avec des horaires modulables.

Une expérience en foyer ou LVA est intéressante mais pas nécessaire. Pas d'exigence sur le diplôme mais le niveau Bac, les formations CESF, TISF, Educateur Sportif sont appréciées (formation en interne). Poste avec rythme de travail atypique en 24H/24 durant 5 jours relevant du statut des assistants permanents lieu de vie (code de l'action sociale et des familles) avec 48h de repos hebdomadaires minimum. CDD de un an avec logement de repos partagé.
