De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Assistant Production Manager inhoudt:

  • Ondersteunen van de Production Manager
  • Opstellen en nauwgezet opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieplanning
  • Bewaken van een efficiënt gebruik van machines en productiemiddelen
  • Rapporteren van productieaantallen, stilstanden en afwijkingen
  • Nauw samenwerken met R&D en kwaliteit
  • Actief meedenken over kwaliteitsverbeteringen en procesoptimalisaties
  • Opvolgen van veiligheidsinstructies
  • Fungeren als back-up voor kwaliteitsverantwoordelijken
  • Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse aansturing van operatoren
  • Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt bij operationele problemen
  • Tijdelijk overnemen van verantwoordelijkheden bij afwezigheid van de Production Manager
  • Voorbereiden van analyses en bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten
