Als Assistent Project Manager Hoog- en Middenspanning werk je vanuit Haren mee aan de voorbereiding, opvolging en realisatie van projecten voor distributienetbeheerders en grote industriële klanten. Je bouwt praktijkervaring op binnen hoog- en middenspanningsinstallaties en groeit stap voor stap door binnen projectmanagement, in een omgeving waar batterijopslag, solar-projecten, laadinfrastructuur en datacenters samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • ondersteunen van de Project Manager bij de realisatie van projecten van 500 k€ tot 10 M€ binnen hoog- en middenspanning
  • begeleiden van projecten van voorbereiding tot definitieve oplevering
  • samenwerken met leveranciers en subcontractors voor de technische en organisatorische opvolging van projecten
  • voorbereiden van werkmethodenota's en technische documentatie
  • opvolgen van werven op locatie
  • voorbereiden van bestellingen voor leveranciers en subcontractors
  • zoeken naar technische oplossingen voor de uitvoeringsteams op de werf
  • voorbereiden van financiële rapporteringen, vorderingsstaten en facturatie
  • bijdragen aan een sterke samenwerking met supervisors en techniekers binnen het projectteam
  • nauw samenwerken met het engineeringteam voor de uitwerking van projectontwerpen
  • voorbereiden van periodieke planningsmeetings en mee inzetten van de juiste resources

  • bachelor diploma of diploma industrieel ingenieur, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring binnen industriële projectomgevingen
  • eerste ervaring binnen middelgrote tot grote multidisciplinaire projecten
  • kennis van de courante Office 365-toepassingen
  • kennis van hoogspanningsinstallaties is een pluspunt
  • sterk technisch en organisatorisch inzicht
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in contacten met klanten, leveranciers, techniekers en supervisors
  • motiverende en enthousiaste samenwerkingsstijl
  • oog voor rendement en resultaten
  • leidinggevende capaciteiten en sociale vaardigheden
  • zowel zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken
  • contactvaardig en resultaatgericht
  • zeer vlotte kennis van het Nederlands aangevuld met kennis van het Frans en Engels
