De functie inhoud Wat zullen jouw taken zijn als Quality Assurance?

  • Beheren van klantenrelaties, inclusief het opvolgen van lastenboeken en productspecificaties, beantwoorden van kwaliteitsvragen en het begeleiden van klantenaudits.
  • Onderzoeken van klachten en het ontwikkelen van actieplannen om verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van interne audits en inspecties op de werkvloer, alsook het geven van interne opleidingen aan medewerkers.
  • Toezicht houden op het voorkomen van vreemde voorwerpen, glascontroles en transportbandcontroles om de productveiligheid te waarborgen.
  • Deel uitmaken van de kwaliteitsafdeling en rapporteren aan de Quality Assurance Manager.

  • In het bezit van een bachelor in bio-ingenieur, industrieel of een vergelijkbare richting, of relevante ervaring in de voedingssector.
  • Sterk communicatief in Nederlands, Frans en Engels, en comfortabel in het omgaan met klanten tijdens audits, presentaties en andere situaties.
  • Bekwaam in administratieve taken en goed vertrouwd met MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals SAP) is een plus, maar niet noodzakelijk.
  • Beschikt over een probleemoplossende mindset en is een echte teamspeler.
