Als Assistant Recruitment ondersteun je onze recruitmentafdeling bij alles wat komt kijken rondom de werving en selectie van nieuwe collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen, kandidaten goed worden begeleid en de administratie altijd op orde is. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Recruitment Specialist en Personeelszaken en draagt bij aan het vinden van nieuwe collega's voor verschillende bedrijven binnen de M. van der Spek Groep én Perspektief Academie. Assistant Recruitment: wie zoeken wij? Als Assistant Recruitment ben je de administratieve spil binnen onze recruitmentafdeling. Je ondersteunt bij het volledige wervingsproces, onderhoudt contact met sollicitanten en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve processen zorgvuldig worden uitgevoerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren van de recruitmentmailbox en onderhouden van contact met sollicitanten. - Versturen van ontvangstbevestigingen, uitnodigingen voor gesprekken en afwijzingen. - Vacatures plaatsen op verschillende vacatureplatforms. - Actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten via vacaturebanken. - Sollicitaties verzamelen en bespreken met de Recruitment Specialist. - Geschikte kandidaten uitnodigen voor sollicitatiegesprekken. - Verzamelen van documenten voor complete personeelsdossiers. - Contact onderhouden met de backoffice rondom uitzendprocedures. - Ondersteunen bij de onboarding van nieuwe uitzendkrachten. - Bijhouden van recruitmentoverzichten, rapportages en Excel-bestanden. - Beheren van het V-plan en de voortgang van sollicitatieprocedures. - Ondersteunen bij commerciële recruitmentacties, zoals het voorbereiden van mailings.
