1 ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER (m/w/d) In dieser Position unterstützt du die Filialleitung bei der operativen und organisatorischen Führung unseres Stores und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen professionellen, effizienten und reibungslosen Tagesablauf.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Operative Filialführung & Organisation

* Unterstützung der Filialleitung bei der professionellen Führung und Organisation des Stores * Überwachung und Koordination sämtlicher täglicher Arbeitsabläufe * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs in Verkauf, Service und Küche * Eigenständige Übernahme von Führungsaufgaben bei Abwesenheit der Filialleitung * Kontrolle und Umsetzung unserer internen Qualitäts- und Servicestandards * Aktive Mitarbeit im Verkauf, Service und in der Küchenproduktion

Personalführung & Teamorganisation

* Unterstützung bei der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams * Koordination der täglichen Mitarbeitereinsätze und Aufgabenverteilung * Mitwirkung bei der Dienstplan- und Personaleinsatzplanung * Einschulung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter/innen * Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit zwischen Verkauf und Küche * Flexible Reaktion auf kurzfristige personelle oder betriebliche Anforderungen

Warenwirtschaft & Qualitätsmanagement

* Kontrolle und Überwachung der Waren- und Lagerbestände * Unterstützung bei Warenbestellungen und Wareneingangskontrollen * Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit und Produktpräsentation * Kontrolle von Frische, Qualität und Mindesthaltbarkeit * Überwachung und konsequente Einhaltung sämtlicher Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards * Kontrolle von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild des Stores * Vermeidung von Warenverlusten und Optimierung des Wareneinsatzes

Umsatz & Kundenzufriedenheit

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Erreichung unserer Umsatz- und Verkaufsziele * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen * Sicherstellung einer hohen Gästezufriedenheit und professionellen Servicequalität * Professioneller Umgang mit Gästefeedback und Reklamationen * Unterstützung bei Tagesabschlüssen, Kassakontrollen und betrieblichen Auswertungen

DEIN PROFIL

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, Systemgastronomie, im Coffee-Shop-Bereich oder Lebensmittel-Einzelhandel * Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer leitenden oder stellvertretenden Führungsposition * Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und unternehmerisches Denken * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Führungskompetenz, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Hohes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein * Gepflegtes, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten * Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft * Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf auch kurzfristig zusätzliche Verantwortung oder Mehrstunden zu übernehmen * Freude daran, sowohl organisatorisch als auch aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft mitzuarbeiten

ARBEITSZEITEN

30-40 Stunden pro Woche

Montag bis Samstag, flexibel zwischen 09:00 und 19:00 Uhr.

Sonntag frei.

Wir suchen eine zeitlich flexible Persönlichkeit, die bereit ist, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und unser Team auch in arbeitsintensiven Zeiten tatkräftig zu unterstützen.
