Dit doe je niet alleen, maar met een gemotiveerd en betrokken team die jij - als onderdeel van het store management - met veel passie en toewijding inspireert en coacht op de vloer. Sterker nog; doordat je als manager mee werkt op de vloer, fungeer je als een waar voorbeeld. Dit alles vanuit onze missie om voor onze klanten én onze collega's een wereld te creëren waarin iedereen zich gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd voelt. Het is jouw passie om ieder teamlid in zijn of haar kracht te zetten en daardoor samen de beste resultaten te halen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Samen met jouw store manager ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor: - Het zorgen voor een professionele etalage-, entree- en storepresentatie; - Het zorgen dat de KPI's en omzetdoelstellingen behaald worden - Het doorvoeren van promoties in de store en jouw team hier goed over informeren; - Het zorgdragen voor een goed financieel beheer en het voeren van een correct voorraadbeleid; - Verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud van het gebouw, inventaris en veiligheid van de medewerkers; - Het maken van planningen en werkroosters en deze op een goede manier tijdig invoeren in het systeem en communiceren aan jouw team; Jouw kennis en vaardigheden - Allereerst heb je relevante leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen retail als (assistant) store manager, maar minstens net zo belangrijk vinden wij dat je als een ware coach weet te fungeren; - Je hebt aantoonbaar minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je ervaart het als ee...
