Werk mee aan een verzorgde winkel en een optimale klantbeleving in een bekende supermarkt.

Als Assistant Store Manager ondersteun je de Store Manager bij het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de winkel. Je begeleidt het team, bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Daarnaast ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de winkelvloer en help je actief mee.

- Ondersteunen van de Store Manager bij de dagelijkse organisatie en werking van de winkel - Motiveren, begeleiden en coachen van medewerkers om het beste uit iedereen te halen - Bewaken van de voorraad en tijdig plaatsen van bestellingen - Opstellen en bijsturen van een efficiënte personeelsplanning - Verwerken van administratieve taken en beheren van de kassa volgens procedures - Actief meewerken op de winkelvloer, zoals aanvullen van rekken en klanten helpen aan de kassa - Zorgen voor een verzorgde, veilige en klantvriendelijke winkelomgeving

Je werkt 32 of 36 uur per week, verdeeld over vijf dagen inclusief zaterdag. Minimaal twee keer per week begin je om 6:45 uur en minimaal twee keer per week sluit je om 20:30 uur. Zo draag je bij aan een vlotte en aangename winkelervaring voor elke klant.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol (aansturen van /- 10 personen)
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en een proactieve werkhouding
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid
  • Klantgerichtheid en oog voor detail

Opleiding: /

Vakkennis: Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een team ( /- 10 collega's) binnen een dynamische retailomgeving.

Talenkennis: Je hebt een vlotte kennis Nederlands.
