Wat ga je doen?

Leidinggeven en meewerken in een supermarkt waar jij het verschil maakt voor het team en de winkelprestaties.

Als rechterhand van de Store Manager speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijkse succes van een bekende supermarkt. Je motiveert het team, bewaakt de voorraad en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, zodat klanten altijd tevreden de winkel verlaten.

- Je coacht en ondersteunt medewerkers bij het verbeteren van hun vaardigheden - Je beheert de voorraad en zorgt dat bestellingen tijdig worden geplaatst - Je maakt een efficiënte en haalbare personeelsplanning - Je houdt de kassa en administratie nauwkeurig bij - Je werkt actief mee op de winkelvloer, van vakken vullen tot klantenservice aan de kassa

Je werkt minimaal twee keer per week een vroege dienst vanaf 6:45 uur en twee keer per week een late dienst tot 20:30 uur. Vijf dagen per week beschikbaar zijn, inclusief zaterdagen, is onderdeel van de functie. Je kunt kiezen voor een werkweek van 32 of 36 uur.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol (aansturen van /- 10 personen)
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en een proactieve werkhouding
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid
  • Klantgerichtheid en oog voor detail

Opleiding: /

Vakkennis: Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een team ( /- 10 collega's) binnen een dynamische retailomgeving.

Talenkennis: Je hebt een vlotte kennis Nederlands.
