Ben jij een energieke team player en een coachende Assistent Store Manager met retail ervaring? Dan zoeken wij jou! Samen met het team ben jij het gezicht van Just Brands en vertegenwoordig je de merkbeleving van PME Legendin de relaxte sfeer van onze store.

JUST THE JOB Elke ochtend begin je samen met het team aan een complete store check, zodat alles er weer top en uitnodigend uit ziet. Tijdens de dagstart bespreek je de werkzaamheden van de dag met het team, en bepaal je met elkaar wie wat wanneer oppakt. Daarna sta je klaar en draai je met plezier zelf mee op de winkelvloer, waar de verkoop van ons mooie merk voorop staat. Naast dat je samen met de Store Manager de administratieve taken en de goederenstroom efficiënt plant, zorg je er samen met jouw collega’s voor dat de winkel er de hele dag lekker bij hangt.

Daarnaast houdt jij je samen met de Store Manager bezig met: - Het inspireren, coachen en motiveren van je team, zodat jullie samen kunnen ontwikkelen; - Een optimale klantbeleving; - Het signaleren en pakken van kansen om de gestelde kpi’s te behalen; - Een juist presentatie van de winkel volgens de Visual Merchandise guidlines; - De planning, coördinatie en bezetting van het team; - Een goede sfeer en een fijne werkomgeving.
