Je komt terecht bij een gekende supermarktketen waar klantvriendelijkheid, teamwork en kwaliteit centraal staan. Samen met een gemotiveerd team zorg je ervoor dat de winkel elke dag vlot draait en klanten met een goed gevoel hun boodschappen doen.

Als Assistant Store Manager ben je de rechterhand van de Store Manager. Je stuurt het team mee aan, bewaakt de dagelijkse werking van de winkel en steekt zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen. Je combineert leidinggeven met operationele taken en zorgt ervoor dat de winkel steeds klaar is om klanten optimaal te ontvangen.

- Je motiveert, begeleidt en coacht collega's zodat zij het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen. - Je ondersteunt de Store Manager bij de dagelijkse organisatie van de winkel. - Je volgt de voorraad op en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen tijdig worden geplaatst. - Je maakt een efficiënte personeelsplanning op en stemt deze af op de noden van de winkel. - Je verzorgt de kassa-administratie en andere administratieve taken nauwkeurig. - Je werkt actief mee op de winkelvloer, vult rekken aan en helpt klanten verder aan de kassa. - Je ziet erop toe dat de winkel er verzorgd, ordelijk en aantrekkelijk uitziet. - Je draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer en een uitstekende klantenbeleving.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol (aansturen van +/- 10 personen)
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en een proactieve werkhouding

  • Klantgerichtheid en oog voor detail

Vakkennis: Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een team (+/- 10 collega's) binnen een dynamische retailomgeving.

Talenkennis: Je hebt zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven
