Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - jij maakt een belangrijk deel uit van de totale winkelbeleving. Samen met de Store Manager ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor een strakke uitstraling in het filiaal; - inspireer je medewerkers met je positieve leiderschap en stel ze in staat zich voortdurend te ontwikkelen door ze optimaal te ondersteunen; - jij informeert het team met een update over de goals. Samen streef je naar succesvolle verkoopcijfers; - ontwikkel je eigen dagelijkse routine op het gebied van personeelsroosters opstellen, of het beheer van merchandise; - kijk door de ogen van onze C&A doelgroep, om optimale visual merchandising te garanderen en ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten geïnspireerd worden; - zorg ervoor dat je team de prioriteiten op de lange termijn kent en uitvoert.
