Wat is jouw takenpakket?

  • Samen met de Store Manager en ondersteund door de District Manager ben je de eindverantwoordelijke in het toegewezen filiaal.
  • Als rechterhand van de Store Manager help je met administratieve en leidinggevende taken. Je vervangt de Store Manager tijdens afwezigheden.
  • Een team delegeren, ondersteunen, motiveren en coachen om uitstekende resultaten te behalen? Je bent er even dol op als een hond op een bot.
  • Als een geoliede machine zorgen jij en het team samen voor een nette winkel, waar onze klanten zich thuis voelen én naar willen blijven terugkomen.
  • Je past de procedures netjes toe en controleert of het team dat ook doet.
  • Je bent een rolmodel voor je team en zorgt voor een aangename werksfeer. Maxi Zoo, maxi fun!

Wat is jouw profiel?

  • Je hebt al ervaring in de retail als rechterhand van een store manager.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid, peoplemanagement, administratie, klantencontacten en actieve verkoop? Helemaal je ding.
  • Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar een andere winkel of naar het hoofdkantoor in Temse om opleidingen te volgen of om collega-Maxi Zoölogen uit de nood te helpen.
  • Met jouw talent maak je echt een verschil in klantenservice.
  • Je bent open, eerlijk en kan jezelf goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands. Dan pas je in ons team als een vis in het water.
  • Met goesting en passie streef je naar succes. Je weet hoe je een team meekrijgt om samen de doelen te behalen.
  • Je bent geen stresskonijn en kan goed om met veranderingen. Procedures volgen? Eitje.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
