Ben jij een geboren coach met een passie voor verkoop en teamontwikkeling? Voor een sterke speler in de retailsector zoeken we een Assistant Store Manager die mee bouwt aan de groei van de winkel en het succes van het team.

Jouw rol

Als Assistant Store Manager werk je nauw samen met de Store Manager om de dagelijkse werking vlot te laten verlopen. Je ondersteunt bij het aansturen van het team en neemt de leiding wanneer de Store Manager afwezig is. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid en motivatie weet je collega’s te inspireren om de beste service te bieden en commerciële doelstellingen te behalen.

Daarnaast zorg je voor een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie, help je klanten met professioneel advies en analyseer je resultaten om samen met het team verbeteringen te realiseren.

Jouw taken

  • Rechterhand van de Store Manager: je draagt bij aan een inspirerende, gastvrije winkelomgeving.
  • Leiderschap: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid bij afwezigheid van de Store Manager.
  • Coaching & teamontwikkeling: je begeleidt je collega’s en stimuleert hun groei.
  • Motivator: je haalt het beste uit het team en zorgt voor positieve energie op de werkvloer.
  • Verkoop & advies: je biedt klanten oplossingen op maat en zorgt voor een uitstekende winkelervaring.
  • Cijfers & resultaten: je volgt prestaties op en werkt doelgericht aan de groei van de winkel.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring in leidinggeven of verkoop in een retailomgeving.
  • Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler die kan coachen én motiveren.
  • Je denkt commercieel, werkt resultaatgericht en houdt van uitdaging.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in een flexibel uurrooster te werken.
