Je combineert commerciële gedrevenheid met leiderschap en organisatorisch talent.

Je haalt voldoening uit het ondersteunen van je team, het behalen van resultaten en het creëren van een positieve werksfeer waarin iedereen het beste van zichzelf geeft.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Rechterhand van de Store Manager: je speelt een cruciale rol in het creëren van een inspirerende en gastvrije omgeving voor onze klanten.
  • Leiderschap: bij afwezigheid van de Store Manager neem jij de verantwoordelijkheid over en zorg je ervoor dat de winkel vlot blijft draaien.
  • Coaching & teamontwikkeling: je ondersteunt het team, deelt je kennis en helpt bij de professionele groei van je collega’s.
  • Motivator: je haalt het beste uit het team en stimuleert hen om uit te blinken in hun taken.
  • Verkoop & advies: je biedt klanten niet alleen producten, maar ook oplossingen op maat die hun verwachtingen overtreffen.
  • Cijfers en resultaten: je analyseert prestaties, motiveert het team en werkt samen aan het behalen van gezamenlijke doelen.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring en bent een natuurlijke coach die collega's weet te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en geeft graag professioneel advies op maat.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de winkel opneemt.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, analytisch ingesteld en haalt energie uit het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen samen met je team.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands.

Samen met de store manager zorg je ervoor dat de winkel op elk moment optimaal draait, zowel commercieel als operationeel.
