Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.Wat ga je doen?Als verkoopmedewerker begeleid je klanten gedurende hun volledige aankoopproces. Je luistert naar hun behoeften, vergelijkt verschillende mogelijkheden en zorgt ervoor dat ze een keuze maken die perfect aansluit bij hun verwachtingen.Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Klanten professioneel onthalen en adviseren over elektronische toestellen en bijhorende diensten.
  • De behoeften van klanten analyseren en geschikte oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Productinformatie helder en begrijpelijk toelichten.
  • Mee instaan voor een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie.
  • Klanten begeleiden bij hun aankoop van accessoires, garanties en aanvullende diensten.
  • De beschikbaarheid van producten opvolgen en de winkelafdeling mee beheren.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe producten en technologische ontwikkelingen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de commerciële doelstellingen van de winkel te realiseren.

Wie zoeken we?Je bent commercieel ingesteld en hebt een oprechte interesse in technologie. Daarnaast vind je het belangrijk om klanten deskundig en eerlijk advies te geven.Verder herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt interesse in consumentenelektronica en volgt technologische ontwikkelingen met enthousiasme.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet informatie helder over te brengen.
  • Je luistert actief naar klanten en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je werkt graag resultaatsgericht zonder het belang van klanttevredenheid uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Ervaring in verkoop of retail is een troef, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
