Deine Aufgaben

* Leitung eines Teams und Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Geschäftsablauf

* Erfüllung oder Übertreffen der finanziellen Jahres-, Saison-, Monats- und Wochenpläne und Maximierung der Ertragsmöglichkeiten

* Sicherstellung der Umsetzung und Durchführung von Aktionen und Kampagnen

* Filialindividuelle Sortimentsgestaltung und erfolgsorientiertes Visual-Merchandising

* Effektive Mitarbeiterführung und -motivation durch tägliches Coaching und regelmäßiges Feedback und klarer Zielsetzung, sowie bedarfsorientierte Personaleinsatzplanung

* Kontrolle von Kundenstruktur, Kaufverhalten und Mitbewerbersituation

* Fachkompetente individuelle Beratung und freundliche Betreuung unserer Kunden

* Direkter und indirekter Kundenservice in allen Servicebereichen

Das bringst du mit

* Erste Erfahrungen im Store Management oder mehrjährige Berufspraxis in einem Storebetrieb mit ähnlicher Größe und ähnlichem Aufgabenfeld

* Hohes Fachwissen in Textil und Mode mit ausgeprägtem betriebswirtschaftlichen Knowhow

* Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit Organisationstalent, sowie eine ausgeprägte Einsatzbereitschaft und Stressresistenz

* Freude am Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden und Mitarbeitern

* Extrovertierte, verhandlungssichere Führungspersönlichkeit mit gewandtem und gepflegtem Auftreten

* Fundierte Führungsqualitäten als Teamplayer

* Gute Kenntnisse im Erstellen des Forecast sowie Kontrolle, Analyse und Steuerung des Budgets

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

* Besitz eines Ausbilderscheins ist von Vorteil
