Wat ga je doen?

Neem jij graag de leiding en weet je precies hoe een supermarkt draait? Als Assistant Store Manager ondersteun je het team en zorg je voor een vlotte winkelwerking.

In deze rol ben je de rechterhand van de Store Manager en help je mee aan het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de winkel. Je houdt toezicht op de personeelsplanning, beheert de voorraad en werkt actief mee op de winkelvloer. Zo zorg je ervoor dat klanten steeds een nette, goed gevulde en klantvriendelijke winkel ervaren.

- Je begeleidt en ondersteunt medewerkers tijdens hun werkdag en stimuleert hun groei - Je stelt samen met de Store Manager een haalbare personeelsplanning op - Je houdt de voorraad in de gaten en zorgt dat bestellingen tijdig gebeuren - Je bewaakt een correcte kassa-afhandeling en houdt de administratie overzichtelijk - Je zorgt dat de winkel netjes, goed gevuld en klantvriendelijk blijft - Je werkt actief mee op de winkelvloer, bijvoorbeeld aan de kassa of bij het aanvullen van de rekken - Je neemt de leiding over wanneer de Store Manager afwezig is en houdt het overzicht over de dagelijkse taken - Je overlegt regelmatig met de Store Manager over winkelresultaten, planning en aandachtspunten
