Als Assistant Store Manager ben je de rechterhand van de Store Manager en speel je een sleutelrol in het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de winkel. Je motiveert je collega's, houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat klanten elke dag kunnen rekenen op een vlotte en aangename winkelervaring.

Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

- Je inspireert, begeleidt en coacht het winkelteam, zodat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf kan halen. - Je volgt de voorraad op en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen tijdig worden geplaatst. - Je stelt een efficiënte personeelsplanning op en bewaakt een vlotte bezetting. - Je verzorgt de kassa-administratie en andere administratieve taken nauwkeurig. - Je werkt actief mee op de winkelvloer, van rekken aanvullen tot klanten verder helpen aan de kassa.

Wat mag je verwachten?

Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is. Je werkt in een afwisselend uurrooster met vroege en late shiften. Minstens twee keer per week start je om 6.45 uur en minstens twee keer per week werk je tot 20.30 uur. Je werkt vijf dagen per week, inclusief zaterdag, en kiest zelf voor een werkweek van 32 of 36 uur.
