Wat ga je doen?

Leidinggeven en actief meewerken in een supermarkt, dat is jouw uitdaging als Assistant Store Manager.

In deze rol ben je de rechterhand van de Store Manager en zorg je ervoor dat de winkel soepel draait. Je motiveert het team, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat klanten elke dag een fijne winkelervaring hebben.

- Je begeleidt en coacht het winkelteam om het beste uit iedereen te halen - Je beheert de voorraad en plaatst bestellingen op tijd - Je maakt een efficiënte personeelsplanning en zorgt voor een goede bezetting - Je verzorgt nauwkeurig de kassa-administratie en andere administratieve taken - Je werkt actief mee op de winkelvloer, van rekken aanvullen tot klanten helpen aan de kassa

Je komt te werken in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je hebt een afwisselend rooster met vroege en late diensten, waaronder starten om 6.45 uur en werken tot 20.30 uur. Je werkt vijf dagen per week, inclusief zaterdag, en kiest voor een werkweek van 32 of 36 uur.

Wie ben jij?

  • Leidinggevende ervaring aan een tiental personen is een must
  • Ervaring in de retail is een must
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en een proactieve werkhouding
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid
  • Klantgerichtheid en oog voor detail
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en probleemoplossend

Vakkennis: Ervaring in retail en in een leidinggevende rol
