Dit ga je doen Begin 2027 openen we de deuren van onze nieuwste Superstore in Kerkrade. Als Assistant Storemanager stap je direct in een dynamisch pionierstraject. Samen met de Storemanager zet jij vanaf de basis de winkelorganisatie neer. Achter de schermen zijn centrale teams in Arnhem en Oosterhout al druk bezig met alle voorbereidingen, maar op de vloer ben jij - samen met de Storemanager - het kloppend hart van de operatie. Jij richt je primair op het commerciële succes van de winkel: Sales, winkelpresentatie en optimale klantbeleving. Je coacht, inspireert en stuurt de verkoop- en kassamedewerkers aan, en bij afwezigheid van de Storemanager neem jij vol vertrouwen het roer over. Gelegen in het dynamische Zuid-Limburgse grensgebied verwelkomen we dagelijks fietsliefhebbers uit Nederland, Duitsland én België. Dankzij jouw vlotte en functionele communicatie in het Nederlands en Duits en jouw gevoel voor de Euregionale cultuur voelt iedere bezoeker zich direct welkom en gehoord. Zo zien we jouw functie Jij bent de aanjager op de commerciële winkelvloer. Je zorgt dat het verkoopteam optimaal presteert, klanten met een glimlach én het juiste product naar buiten stappen en de omzet- en margedoelen behaald worden.
