Voor een bedrijf in Hoboken, gespecialiseerd in constructies voor de offshore windindustrie, zijn wij op zoek naar een Preventief Assistent supervisor.

Als Assistent Supervisor in de lashal, sta je in om de meest efficiënte werking te garanderen en professionele ondersteuning aan te bieden, In deze functie zal je assistentie bieden wat betreft coördinatie, aansturing en ondersteuning bieden bij het bewaken van de kwaliteit op de lasspecificaties.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij het aansturen van een ploeg van lassers;
  • Je leert een correcte inschatting van de dagplanning te maken (resources, materialen);
  • Als assistent werk je er mee naar toe om de kwaliteit zorgvuldig te bewaken van:
  1. Visuele inspectie op vlak van acceptabiliteit naar eigen kennis.
  2. Juiste WPS te gebruiken.
  • Je gaat steeds mee op zoek naar kwalitatieve en efficiëntere werkwijzen/oplossingen;
  • Je leert veiligheidsrondgangen, toolboxen te organiseren en waakt er mee over dat jouw team de veiligheidsprocedures en housekeeping rules opvolgen;
  • Je leert samenwerken met andere afdelingen oa. Engineering/QC en implementeert mee efficiëntie in het proces;
  • Je leert operationele problemen op te lossen en zoekt voortdurend mee naar manieren om de werking van het team te verbeteren.
  • Je rapporteert aan de supervisor.

  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding afgerond in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je haalt er voldoening uit om met de andere leidinggevenden binnen productie samen te werken en dezelfde doelen na te streven. Het samenwerken uit zich onder meer in het nastreven van één en dezelfde manier van werken binnen de volledige productie;
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van lasprocessen, lassymbolen (hoeklas/stomplas) en technische tekeningen;
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin: wanneer zich binnen het team iets voordoet waar jouw hulp voor nodig is, neem je deze taak met plezier op. Jij biedt assistentie om samen het team aan te sturen en laat voelen dat je achter hen staat;
  • Je bent hands-on en wil een uitdagende/gevarieerde job;
  • Je bent een organisatietalent en kan creatief zijn;
  • Je draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel;
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees;
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en leert te corrigeren waar nodig;
  • Je bezit sterke communicatievaardigheden en bent flexibel (geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit). De mogelijkheid bestaat dat je mee inspringt in een andere shift.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Andere bijkomende talen zijn een mooie troef!
  • Je hebt goede PC-vaardigheden. Je kan vlot werken met MS Office.
