The posting

In deze rol ben je de rechterhand van de Team Leader binnen een magazijn voor afgewerkte goederen. Je aanwezigheid op de werkvloer is belangrijk: je coördineert de taken, helpt het team met prioriteiten stellen en let scherp op de naleving van procedures en kwaliteitsnormen. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het magazijnteam en schakelt vlot met de Team Leader, die je ook vervangt bij afwezigheid.

Een typische dag bestaat uit het begeleiden van de ontvangst, opslag en verzending van goederen. Je verdeelt het werk, controleert de planning en zorgt voor een vlotte verwerking van alle bestellingen. Daarnaast voer je regelmatig stocktellingen en cycle counts uit en werk je met het ERP-systeem om de voorraad correct bij te houden. Veiligheid en orde zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend; je meldt mogelijke risico’s en zorgt dat het magazijn netjes blijft.

• Je hebt ervaring in een magazijn, liefst met een coördinerende of leidinggevende rol. • Logistieke processen en voorraadbeheer zijn jou niet vreemd. • Plannen en organiseren doe je vlot, ook bij piekmomenten. • Je denkt vooruit, bent oplossingsgericht en let op orde, veiligheid en kwaliteit. • Je hebt bewezen leiderschapskwaliteiten: motiveren, luisteren en duidelijke instructies geven. • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende afdelingen. • Je hebt ervaring met een WMS- of ERP-systeem; kennis van SAP is mooi meegenomen. • Je kan goed overweg met Office 365 (zoals Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams). • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
