Êtes-vous une personne qui aime voyager, découvrir différentes cultures et faire face à de nouvelles situations chaque jour ?

Notre client recherche un Assistant Technique Administratif pour rejoindre une équipe d'assistance dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous serez la personne vers laquelle les gens se tournent lorsqu'ils ont besoin d'aide, parfois dans des situations inattendues ou stressantes.

Vos responsabilités

  • Être le premier point de contact pour les personnes ayant besoin d'assistance et fournir un soutien empathique et professionnel
  • Traiter les appels entrants et analyser chaque situation afin d'identifier la meilleure solution
  • Ouvrir, gérer et assurer le suivi des dossiers d'assistance de A à Z
  • Coordonner les rapatriements, les voyages et l'assistance médicale
  • Organiser les déplacements et les aspects pratiques pour les médecins et autres professionnels
  • Coordonner avec différents intervenants internes et externes afin de trouver la solution adaptée
  • Veiller à ce que les dossiers soient précis et à jour, en garantissant un suivi fluide tout au long du processus
  • Réagir rapidement aux situations imprévues et adapter vos priorités en conséquence
  • Prendre en charge chaque situation et veiller à ce que la personne bénéficiant de l'assistance se sente correctement accompagnée

Votre profil

  • Vous avez une personnalité mature, empathique et sincèrement tournée vers l'aide aux autres
  • Vous aimez trouver des solutions plutôt que simplement identifier des problèmes
  • Vous possédez une expérience préalable dans le service clientèle, un centre d'appels, l'administration, le secteur du voyage, l'assistance ou un environnement similaire
  • Vous êtes organisé(e) et à l'aise pour gérer plusieurs dossiers et priorités en même temps
  • Vous gardez votre calme et restez orienté(e) solutions, même lorsque les situations sont stressantes ou imprévues
  • Vous aimez voyager et possédez un esprit ouvert et aventurier, à l'aise avec différentes cultures, situations et personnes
  • Vous êtes flexible, pragmatique et n'avez pas peur de sortir des sentiers battus
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, le néerlandais et l'anglais
  • Vous aimez travailler au sein d'une équipe soudée et êtes prêt(e) à vous investir pleinement dans une fonction impliquant des horaires en équipes et du travail le week-end
